Privacy Policy.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This page is maintained by Augere Labs to explain how we handle personal information for visitors to www.augerelabs.com, prospects, and clients. It reflects our current practices and app-visible controls — it is not a certification.

1. What we collect

We collect information in three narrow ways:

  • Contact form & email: your name, email, company, and the message you send us. Delivered by SMTP to our team inbox.
  • Booking calls: when you book a discovery call via Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email, timezone, and any answers to their intake questions. Their privacy policy applies to that flow.
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 records anonymised session, device, referrer, and page-view data. IP addresses are anonymised by GA4.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver engagements, invoice you if you become a client, and understand which pages and topics are useful to visitors. That's it.

3. Subprocessors we rely on

The following third parties process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy that applies to the data they hold:

  • Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, caching, and DDoS protection.
  • Google (Analytics 4, Workspace) — website analytics and business email.
  • Cal.com — meeting scheduling.
  • Supabase — backend for authenticated app features.
  • Hashnode — a portion of our blog content is syndicated from Hashnode.
  • Google Search Console & Bing Webmaster — search performance data.

4. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: session cookies for authenticated features, and Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for aggregate analytics. You can block cookies in your browser or opt out of GA4 via Google's opt-out tool.

5. Retention

Contact form messages are kept for 24 months so we can follow up on ongoing conversations, then deleted. Client engagement data (deliverables, correspondence) is kept for 7 years for tax and legal reasons. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@augerelabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest: TLS on all endpoints, encrypted storage on managed services, least-privilege access for the small team that handles client data, and time-boxed credentials for third-party integrations. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our subprocessors operate globally, which means your data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required by law, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact
